Planning Timeline & Process

When should we start dreaming up our big ceremony?

For extra-special big events, we love to start 6 to 9 months ahead. This gives us plenty of time to grab your favorite local venue and the best team.

How do we get the ball rolling together?

For event packages, we start with an event consultation that is discounted if you book a package. If a service is booked, such as an Add-On, no consultation fee is required. 

What's Included in Services

Do you help find and talk to our event vendors?

We sure do! We search for, check out, and keep in touch with every vendor to make sure they fit your style and budget perfectly.

Will you be there to help on the big day?

Yes, we'll be right there by your side! We take care of everything on the day so you can just relax and enjoy the celebration. Basic package does not include takedown. 

Pricing, Deposits & Payment

How do you work out your planning fees?

Planning fees are determined by the package you choose. You can choose a package or customize your experience by selecting the "Build your own" or adding "Add-ons". It is completely up to you. You will know the amount due based on your selection(s) at the time of booking.  

Do we need to pay a deposit to hold the date?

Yes, we ask for a 40% deposit to make things official and start planning. This reserves your special day.

We love finding creative ways to make a big splash without spending a lot. We'll help you focus on the details that really matter to your guests.

We'll show you how to build a great request and design a presentation that makes local companies excited to partner with you.
